Welding and assembling stamped parts produced in-house allows us to deliver complete assemblies and save our customers a great deal of work.

Arc welding

We use argon/CO2 welding to meet customer needs ranging from assembly to subassembly.

Products

We specialize in welding pipes and other products that are prone to distortion/warping during the welding process.

Spot welding

We spot weld nuts and bolts to stamped parts, as well as stamped parts to other stamped parts.
By using manual welding techniques for smaller products and creating specialized machines for high-volume products, we are able to limit welding costs.

For part fastening, we use rotary caulking and press caulking to satisfy various customer requirements.

Bolt tightening

We also tighten bolts using torque wrenches. Each and every tightening torque is verified automatically to prevent problems and defects.
