Features of the Automotive Department
We have been involved in stamping processing in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture for 50 years. After initially stamping for construction material, we have since begun to focus on seat parts for automobiles, spanning the entire range of production from stamping work through to post-processes such as welding and assembly.
Although we concentrate on stamping processing and our progressive die stamping core technology, we also work with our suppliers to handle a wide array of other stamped part orders on our single die stamping and robot stamping equipment.
By making our own arrangements for molds, fixtures, and equipment, we have earned a reputation as a stamping manufacturer that can supply products with a unified, comprehensive system that covers the entire process from stamping to assembly and coating.
Having obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification to support our quality and environmental efforts, we use our optimized systems to bring customers high-quality products.

What is stamping processing?

Stamping processing is a processing method that involves placing convex and concave implements called "molds" in a stamping machine, inserting a plate, using the machine to apply significant pressure and create a copy of the intended product, and then forming the product, bending it, punching holes in various locations, or cutting it. This process enables manufacturers to create products of the same configuration successively in a short period of time, making the equipment a vital part of production sites around the world.

What is progressive die stamping?

Stamping can be categorized into three main types: single die stamping, progressive stamping, and transfer stamping. Progressive die stamping  our particular forte  achieves the best productivity of the three by incorporating multiple processes into a single mold surface and using uniform pitch without separation. The feed device feeds one pitch for every rotation and sends the material to the next process in sequence. Material is coiled, so it can be supplied continuously until the finished product is created. Overall, the structure of the device is very complicated and requires first-rate mold design technology.
